Wonderful Smiles Dental

I had a wonderful experience getting a filling done yesterday, I highly recommend Smile Horizons for all your dental needs! Dr. David is a phenomenal provider and really cares for her patients and her assistant Israel made my visit so comfortable, he is amazing at his job. From the welcoming smiles when I arrived to the friendly environment during treatment- this place is really the best!

Had a fantastic experience with my cleaning including with my crown that i had done, when my lips were getting dried they kept putting chapstick which is something thats never been done at other locations, They were always making sure i was doing fine, Definitly a place to come back to !

The staff were great, very friendly and pleasant. I also like the office, clean, spacious and professional. It was quite well organized, but there was quite a bit of wait for my cleaning and no one came to update or check in on me.

Went in for routine cleaning and minor dental work. Always treated very well with a thorough explanation as what would happen and the ultimate result desired. Pain free and done within an hour.

I went in as a new patient and they told me I have 4 cavities and need a deep cleaning. The total cost would be $1,200. I never had cavities before and go to the dentist every 6-12 months. I went to another dentist and they told me that I have 0 cavities and no need for deep cleaning. I hope my experience help you make a decision to find good dentist

I found Smiles Horizon in a pinch and I have never felt better about visiting the dentist. Starting with my experience with the front desk staff I felt I had made the right choice. Jennifer is hilarious and personable! Both gals at the front are a great fit for the face of this office. Dr. David is wonderful she’s so understanding and not judgmental. Your care and comfort is her ultimate goal. Patrice, Amie, and Kevin were also gems! They truly care about your comfort while you are going through treatment. Patient education is TOP TEIR at this location. What an amazing team from front to back! The office is beautiful and very well kept. They have top of the line technology and tools. It hasn’t been long since my visit, but I am already seeing and feeling more improvement than I have ever felt elsewhere.

Updated: Appreciate the owner’s comment. Maybe I did not provide a clear history of what had happened. The first thing of locating a new dentistry, I’ve called and asked specifically if my insurance is accepted - which I received confirmation of. Which then I proceed with setting up appointment, providing all details of my history/ insurance information and received multiple appointment confirmations throughout 3 weeks. The call I received 2 days before my first appointment was simply notifying me they do not accept my insurance. No explanation of what had changed in the past 3 weeks. If it’s a simple mistake, a simple apology would be the appropriate and right thing to do - which of course I did not get that and the whole experience shows me how little you care about patients. Doesn’t matter if you’re a small family own business or a big business, you can feel if they care about their patients or not in a short interaction. —————————————————————— As a new patient, I made an appointment t to see a dentist approx. three weeks ago. I submitted all the information including the insurance information in person. Two days prior to my appointment, I received a phone call stating that they don’t accept my insurance and asked if I want to continue proceed with seeing the doctor. Would go see the doctor when you know they don’t accept insurance, after paying for your insurance premium? Why couldn’t they notified me earlier? Why it took them almost three weeks to find out? Who knows how long I have to wait until I find a doctor and when they can take me. If they can’t take care of administrative tasks, I am not sure how they can take care of your dentistry needs.

Love your office and staff we live 40min away from you guys it’s worth the drive. Happy Holidays
