Woodbrook Medical Centre

I've been with Woodbrook Clinic for the past 5 years and never had a proper good treatment with my ongoing health issue. The staff are always look miserable, not welcoming, never smile, chitchat first thing in the morning, and don't pick up the phone. If I would be the health minister I would replace all the staff in the clinic. Some GPs do not care and lazy. Wasting so much time. The receptionist always looks unwelcoming miserable. It's hard to get a proper appointment. They want you to book an appointment online but no available appointment. They sent me a message to see the clinic to book an appointment but when you visit the clinic there's no appointment available face to face not until in 6 weeks time. Absolutely farce. I would never ever recommend this clinic to anyone I know. This clinic should be replace by new staff immediately because of poor performance and incapability to accommodate their own patients. If I could give minus 10 stars review here, I absolutely would.

I have been with this clinic for a very long time and I can now say that maybe five people know their profession. The rest, I don't know, maybe they need practice, but believe me, if you think that a person with depression, as I heard in the hospital, this is a country of people who are depressed and you pigeonhole everyone in one pigeonhole. I've been with Woodbrook Medical Centre since I was a young girl and I just want to say what wonderful, caring and kind staff they have, the receptionists are absolutely fabulous, they really go out their way to help and are so lovely, they have a great sense of humour even with abuse that can been thrown at them sometimes, they always have a smile on their face and stay professional and positive, the nurses are great, they're extremely busy but still so amazingly happy to see you and always have time for you even with a busy workload, all the doctors are brilliant they go out of their way to help and be there for you, I feel very lucky to be a patient at Woodbrook Medical Centre, I can go as far as to say I actually look forward to my appointments as your not just numbers they know you by your first name and always have a quick chat and make you feel at ease and treat you with respect, so it's a massive THANKYOU from me and keep doing what your doing because in my eyes your definitely the 'A' team Donna Metson
