The worst employee at this gym was working Saturday August 23rd 2025 . Took 20 mins to enter the gym . One staff absolutely ridiculous on Saturday morning., I’ve been to all the world gyms and this one is the worst experience. The staff are slow and don’t care. I wish I could give 0/5
I have been going to the gym for a little over a month now. Although I am happy with my experience, some things can be improved. For instance, as a first time user of gym equipment, guidance other than stickers or scanning a bar code would be appreciated without having to take a one year plan with a coach at $50 per session. More plans should be available as well, and not a yearly only when it comes to the personal trainers. Personal trainers should be well educated. A young adult in their 20's cannot understand the needs and metabolisms of someone in their 50's. Equipment that is broken should also be replaced sooner. Otherwise staff is friendly and courteous and the area is always clean.
I've had it with the machines at this gym. It feels like half of them are always out of service! Every time I try to use a piece of equipment, I either have to wait for it to get fixed or find that it’s been down for weeks. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re trying to get a solid workout in and you’re constantly having routine because half the gym is unavailable. What’s even more annoying is that the staff never seem to have a solid answer about when the machines will be fixed or updated. At this point, I feel like I'm paying for a service that’s barely functional. I signed up, paid my account opening fees, and expected a place where I could consistently work out, but instead, it’s more like a game of "is this machine working today?" Honestly, I’m starting to think I’d be better off at another gym where they actually maintain their equipment and keep things up to date. If I could get my opening fees refunded and move on to a place that cares about its members' experience, I’d do it in a heartbeat. It’s just not worth the hassle anymore.
