I am generally satisfied but I must say that I am removing a star because when trying to look at my account during travel (from international location), the access to the website was denied and I didn't like that at all. I couldn't log in. To the person who said it was long to receive a code, it came within 15 seconds last time I tried.
I posted a negative review after having trouble to reach Placements Qc from an international location due to phone cutoffs after long wait times ( my phone automatically cuts off if inactive for too long). Shortly after posting this complaint an agent was given the task of looking thru ph call logs to identify and contact me by phone, which he has just done. So my initial negative review here has just been edited to give a higher rating as I am super impressed with this response. Beyond the call of duty service.
