I was transacting a mortgage, having sold my home to move to a 55 Plus Rental unit. Tania organized my appointments, set up my initial file, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner, mostly by email. Cheryl was the lawyer I signed the legal documents with and she was friendly, engaging, thorough and easy to follow as she explained each line item. They were both casual and professional - the right mix to put one at ease who is not used to navigating legal matters. I would recommend their services to others.

Cheryl is a very nice and professional lawyer, she dealt with all my concerns and offered suggestions on how best to make my Will and Power of Attorney. The entire process was very fast and efficient, I was able to pick up the paper work within a few days.

Working with Cheryl Pearson at the St James TRL office on a will that I was an executor for was great. She was efficient in going through the process for requesting the probate, explained all aspects of the process well, was empathetic, insightful, trustworthy and gave me good advice and suggestions.
