I had a really bad experience and it was really unexpected. I purchased a critical mobility item and the salesman was more about making the sale rather than understanding the condition- what is worse is that there was no desire to understand the condition whatsoever to propose the best assistive technology solution. Immediately after purchasing the wheelchair I had to bring it back for maintenance multiple times and frankly at this point I just want to return it and get rid of it because of the multiple failures. I would donate it but it is too unreliable that I can’t even donate it. To make things worse-the maintenance that is offered is completely “unknown” or like a “blackbox”. There is no transparency-you bring the item and somehow it gets repaired after an undefined period of time without understanding what happened or why it happened and what the fix was. The sales don’t communicate with the maintenance and the maintenance is done by someone but i have never met him or talked to him. For people with special needs-I would say it is crucial/important to provide an added/extra level of care and concern to guarantee reliability and operability during sales and post-sale support and to help the client choose the optimal solution. Everything appears so random. I personally prefer not to deal with them again.
