They stole from me. They had a product advertised on their site and then told me it was out of stock. When I asked for the refund they said they cannot issue to my credit card (what?) and also that they do not accept any of the major payment platforms -- cashapp, paypal, nothing They told me I need to "send a link from my bank". My bank only uses Zelle for transfer and when I sent them that QR code they said it was not possible. Theives
Bad customer service i wont recommend any to deal with them , after i ordered i contacted them after 5 days then customer service said out of stock!! I called again for refund & no answer yet!!!!
Very bad customer service they don’t answer or reply I have ordered and paid via website after 3 days they told me no stock and will give you refund I asked how many pieces do you have no one is replying I kept sending no one is replying and it’s been 1 week i still didn’t get the refund and any stock available
