I had a particularly wonderful experience with Bianca, who was professional, kind, and meticulous in her care. Her attention to detail was outstanding. I am so glad to have discovered this! Not only is it in a palace; it’s one of the fanciest spas I’ve been to in New York! In addition to the most welcoming and friendliest staff, they have all the hottest therapeutic equipment, and bringing in even more. I started my day with the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, then did PEMF, red light therapy and even the new robotic massage. Finished my day with the spa and steam rooms. It was the perfect reset. I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I needed a day of relaxation and a good massage so we decided to come to ila a beautiful spa inside the palace hotel with amazing views our spa attendant was Michell she was amazing and very knowledgeable…she made us feel very comfortable her sweet demeanor definitely made the experience more romantic for us!
