Customer experiences
My boyfriend bought me gift certificate as birthday treat and I must say it was an amazing experience! Came for facials and aromatherapy. This place looked clean and everything was new. We loved the ambient and relaxing music. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. Kelly did my facials and now my skin is glowing for days! She also listened to my requests and used the right amount of pressure for my back since I have scoliosis and sciatica pain. We are definitely going back!
I got their combo which includes Swedish massage and basic facials.Good price and very attentive masseuse. They also offer sauna which is pretty cool. Clean room, nice technique, reasonable price, the only issue is parking, need extra time to look for spot. Overall, I will recommend this place.
First time I came here I had a great massage. It was a total of $40 plus tip. I went again today and now massage is $70 and then a forced gratuity of $20. I’m not really sure where the price differences are coming from and when i asked there seemed to be confusion/language barrier.
I was not going to say anything because I had such a horrible experience but then earlier today the owner called me to reschedule my original appointment that was four days ago. I made an appointment Wednesday night for Thursday afternoon at 1pm. I received an email confirmation for a $70 Signature facial. I arrived at 1pm and the receptionist asked me if I was there for eyelashes. When I should her the email confirmation for the facial she called who I could only assume was Kelly only to tell me that the woman who was licensed to do facials was not available and if I wanted to reschedule. I was kind of surprised considering I had an email confirmation for the appointment. I explained to her that I would not appreciate that because I made the appointment for when I was available which was now. The receptionist then went on the phone again and told me that she would be able to start me. I asked her if she was even licensed and she said she, “only works here.” She showed me the flyer of the different services they provide and if I wanted something else. I noticed that their Signature facial is $70 online, $69 in the flyer, and $79 on the store front (same service mind you because the owner tried to gaslight me saying they were different services). I became increasingly uncomfortable and walked out. There was obviously no one there to do the facial I had scheduled or someone that wanted my business. I went somewhere else that was able to take me at 2pm. Yeah, I had spent 25 minutes there while they tried to figure something out. Today the owner called me to apologized which I appreciated but then got me upset when she told me I should call before coming to make sure there is someone there. Sorry not sorry, as a costumer I will NEVER call a business that is providing me a service to make sure YOU as an employee/owner made it to work and are ready to make money. I have been in the service industry half my life and I would never put that on the costumer especially if they are paying for a service that I am providing. I also took it as such an insult that I would actually want to reschedule the appointment 4 days later. I made an appointment on MY time and was willing to spend MY money. Not wait until your business was ready to show up.
