Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and aren't available for LeadStal. Our lead-finding tools are free, so refunds apply only to paid email campaign features under the conditions below.
Our free tools
All of LeadStal's email finding and lead scraping tools are free to use, we do not charge for them. Because no payment is taken for these tools, there is nothing to refund for them.
If a free tool temporarily stops working, for example, because of a platform change or a routine update on our side, this is not grounds for a refund. We work to fix such issues as quickly as possible, but we do not provide compensation or refunds for temporary downtime of free tools.
Refund window
Refund requests for eligible paid features must be made within 3 (three) days of the payment date. Requests made after this 3-day window are not eligible for a refund.
Paid email campaign features
Refunds may apply only to paid email campaign features. If your email campaign is not working as intended, contact our support team first so we can investigate and attempt to fix the issue.
If we are unable to resolve the problem with your email campaign, you may be eligible for a refund, provided the request is made within the 3-day window described above.
Refunds are not provided for issues caused by your own configuration, content, sender reputation, third-party email providers, or non-compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Credits
One-time credit packs never expire. Credits that have already been used are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@leadstal.com within 3 days of payment, including your account email and a description of the issue. We will review eligible requests and respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
