I went to buy a kitchen hood to upgrade my existing one, without knowing what could be installed. As a result, I relied on the salesperson, who ended up selling me equipment that didn’t fit my current kitchen setup. When the delivery arrived, the technical team from Teka immediately informed me that the kitchen hood wouldn’t fit, even before opening the carton. During my meeting with the salesperson, I had provided all the dimensions and pictures of the existing setup. And have been in contact with him during the intervention of my carpenter to make sure the modification requested by Teka would fit. Still it was not clear the information provided to my carpenter. I did not feel that it was a lack of professionalism but more lack of knowledge and TEKA should provide some proper trainings. Because this salesperson was available, and I felt him honest. The after-sales service from Teka is my worse experience!! A lady from the team, a supervisor that I will not name here, blamed my carpenter and promised to call me back. I am still waiting. I I did not appreciate the way she communicated with me, especially when she mentioned on the phone that the current situation was “my problem, not hers”, and that I should call my carpenter again to try to fix it. I called the service center and asked for a manager, but after two weeks and several follow-ups, I’m still waiting beside their commitment to receive a call… This has been the worst experience I have had! Fortunately, I randomly met another salesperson from Teka who actually knew what he was doing and had good experience in the industry. He did more than just sell the product; he was professional, supportive, and offered potential solutions considering my difficult situation. He even followed up with me, knowing he was not the one who sold me the original equipment. Despite that, he was genuinely concerned and tried to help by offering better customer service and finding a way to avoid returning the product. For him, Mr. Faizan Ahmed, I give 5 stars. People like him deserve it. I don’t want to think about the rest of my experience, especially with the supervisor, otherwise, I would rate it 1 star, or even 0 if that were possible.

I purchased a full set of kitchen appliances from Teka Dubai at a very high price, expecting premium quality and reliable service. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. One of the main issues has been with the oven, which is still under warranty. It constantly makes an annoying noise, and despite reporting this several times, their after-sales service has been shockingly poor. The service team is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. They took the oven back and forth twice, yet the problem still remains unresolved. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of accountability from a supposedly reputable brand. For the amount of money paid, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I highly don’t recommend dealing with them. Save yourself the frustration and look for a brand that actually stands behind its products and values its customers.
