The maintenance team is going to cost the company its customers, whenever we call for maintenance they always ignore for days, time has no value! They never come at the agreed time, we wait for them to come in the morning, they don’t show up until night time and that affects our business negatively. Last time was the worst, for more than two weeks we have been waiting for the maintenance team to come check the dough-sheeter at our bakery but they never come always ignoring calls and delaying, last we contacted them they said we need 3 hours to arrive from Dubai as they are on the way back to Ajman!!! 3hrs from dxb to Aj!!!!! really!! What kind of service is this! People at the showroom are helpful but the maintenance team is going to make the customers leave and never come back.
