I had a recent experience with sawas kitchen I like to share. I have been sawas customer since 2010 and spent 350k till date. last week bought a dough mixer for only AED 1600, which was not solving the job so went back and asked the staff to upgrade to bigger one just after 4 days as its Ramadan. And they just told me no on my face after calling the owner. 1600 is not a big deal but sorry to say that these people have no customer service and they don't want to stay as a reliable company. Competition is tough in the market and they just didn't lose me as a customer, but all people I know as well.
