I absolutely love this store and their clothes — they have a great selection, and I would have gladly given them five stars. However, I’m deducting three stars because of the rude customer service experience I had with the lady in charge of online orders. When I asked if my delivery could be guaranteed on time, she couldn’t give me an answer. I then asked to cancel the order so I could just pick it up from the store, and instead of helping, she hung up on me. I found that extremely disrespectful and disappointing. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again for the time being. Please teach them how to deal with customers, businesses run because of customers and positive customer service is crucial. March 21st Update: the store did a fantastic job resolving my issue. Management called me to hear my side and apologized profusely. They fixed everything in less than 24 hours and were very kind throughout the process. They also assured me they would speak to the person about her rude behavior, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and quick resolution! Needless to say I will continue to shop from Amira.
