Disappointed with the experience. I asked for the same jeans in a different color, but they sent an oversized pair. When I approached them for an exchange, they refused to help, despite it clearly being their mistake. I explained the issue calmly, but there was no support or responsibility taken. While the product quality is decent, the service left a lot to be desired. I won’t be recommending them.
