UrbanKare – Horrible Experience, 0/5 Stars Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any service provider. UrbanKare lured us in with big promises of top-notch interior design work, but once we paid them, everything went downhill fast. They brought in the worst set of workers—unskilled carpenter, careless painter, and a completely incompetent electrician. When I pointed out that the ceiling lights weren’t connected to the switchboard, they shamelessly said “that connection isn’t in our scope”. Are you serious? What kind of interior designer installs lights but doesn’t connect them? Worse, they installed visible light adaptors—and unbelievably, right over the AC indoor units. That’s not just ugly, it’s dangerous. How do you expect anyone to service the AC with electric adaptors hanging over it? The woodwork was a complete disaster. Designs shown were completely different from what was delivered. Kitchen cabinets were loose, unfinished, and poor in quality. I had to spend thousands more to get it all redone by another carpenter. I had clearly asked for privacy tint on UPVC sliders, and they just put clear glass—again, no explanation, no apology, no fix. The cherry on top? The project was delayed, and even this poor work was delivered way past the promised deadline. They don’t even have a team—not even 2 permanent staff. Every time, it was a new set of random workers, and many of them told me directly that Urban Kare wasn’t paying them, and that’s why they refused to continue the work unless I paid them separately. Completely unprofessional. Urban Kare is the definition of negligent, dishonest, and unqualified. They overcharge for poor quality, don’t stick to timelines, and are a risk to both your home and peace of mind. Avoid at all costs. 0 stars out of 5.

I visited their office and discussed about the complete design of the 1 BHK floor and told them that I would start the work after 4-5 months. When I went again, they started talking in such a manner that you had come at that time, now you have come only to pass time whereas I had to start the work. After seeing the behaviour of the people there, I came back. We should trust only good brands, the products, service and staff behaviour is very good there.
