We had a really frustrating and upsetting experience with Mr. Sandeep and his team. From the start, things were handled very unprofessionally. They rarely picked up calls, and even when they did, there was no urgency or willingness to actually fix the problems we raised. We tried reaching out multiple times, politely requesting that they address the issues—but despite all our efforts, we were met with indifference. They installed terrible quality glass in our living room, which is now cracking all over. On top of that, there are visible bubbles in the wardrobe, making it look cheap and poorly done. What’s even more disappointing is that Mr. Sandeep doesn’t seem to care—after pushing him several times, he finally sent someone over, but all they did was take a look and say they were only asked to “inspect,” not fix anything. Seriously? Even the louvers fitted by Mr. Sandeep’s team had paint spilled on them, clearly showing a complete lack of attention to detail. It honestly felt like the work was rushed without any care for quality. To make things worse, some of the lights they installed have already stopped working—barely lasting a few weeks. At this point, it just feels like we were taken for granted. From poor workmanship to zero accountability, it’s been an very frustrating and disappointing experience. We trusted them with our home, and they failed us on every front. Feeling pity that they have to hide and delete my review constantly.
