Here’s how it went- To give some context: I initially financed a 2019 GLC 300 through Clutch at 8.99% interest. While I was okay with the rate, the vehicle unfortunately had a major transmission issue, which led me to return it. Before returning that car, I decided to call Tabangi Motors to explore my options. They offered me a 2021 GLC 300 at a lower price than the 2019 model from Clutch, with a much better interest rate of 6.99%. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to make sure I had a new car the very same day I returned the old one. Due to my work schedule, I had no time to visit the dealership during business hours. Yasir and Salmaan were incredibly understanding and accommodating, they only asked me to come in once for a test drive and even stayed back after hours (from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM) just so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. On top of that, they delivered the car to me on a Saturday, which they normally don’t do, but they made an exception knowing I work weekdays. That level of flexibility and customer care is rare. Because the price was so competitive and for my own peace of mind, I also opted for an extended warranty, and the entire process was smooth and transparent. I honestly can’t express enough appreciation for Yasir and Salmaan.
