I gotta say these guys are amazing. They really care about the quality of the work. Especially a body guy named Goldy. He spent, what I am sure is an exhaustive 9 hours on a body repair from a plow/Salter hit my car on the left rear and left a sizable dent, broken tail light and cracked part of the rear bumper. He spent his day working on it dillagently, painstakingly working on it until it was done. You can see the before and after by the picture below. The white spots u see are a reflection from the work light behind me. It's not the pain job! Thanks Gardiner Motors for always taking care of my family! You guys all rock!

This review would be minus 5 stars if possible!! I waited 24 hours to give this review so my nerves could settle. First of all if you are a woman, do not even go near this place!!!! Salesmen and manager are disgusting and will not even look at you when asking questions! Went with my husband and paid a $500 deposit on a car that they said they would certify. The only issue we saw at that time was that the heat did not work. When we went to pick up the car 1 week later, the drivers window did not work. They gave us 3 different stories as to why the window didnt work. ( new glass, then new rubber between glass, then not enough wd40 ) Told us to take the car and that the problem would fix itself between 1 to 2 weeks from usage... We asked for a written guarantee that if the window didnt work after that time that we could bring it back to be fixed and they told us the deal was off. We were told to leave despite our deposit. Manager said to leave now and that they weren't going to sell us the car, that he could tell by our questions about the drivers window, that we were going to be a problem for him.. truly I think the problem was , they didnt like a woman asking questions or sticking up for herself when finding multiple issues with a car they said they certified.. Also an important note, everyone spoke English while selling us the car, but once there was an issue, every word between staff was was not English. Buyers beware!!!!!!

Very disorganized dealership and poor communication. There was clearly 20+ cm of snow piled up on their driveway, which already showed a lack of basic management. On Sunday, I called the dealership and clearly asked if they would buy my car or accept it as a trade-in. Their employee confirmed yes, and said they would give me a value. On Monday, I drove almost 100 km from Newmarket to Mississauga specifically for this. Once I arrived, the owner flat out said they do not buy BMW X1s and then started arguing that he is the owner and the employee is not. This completely wasted my time. If the dealership does not buy certain vehicles, that should be clarified on the phone, especially when customers are traveling long distances. Very unprofessional experience.

I wanted to wait a while to post a review, as I know that getting a car is important and you actually want to get a good car for what you’re paying for. So I’ll write down my experience with Gardiner Motors and hope to help you out to clear any questions as I had. First, keep in mind that you’re getting used cars and that they offer prices way below that usual. So, sadly I forgot the name of the guy who was helping me, but when I got there, I let them know the car I was looking for (found it on Kijiji) they immediately get me to the car and leave me completely alone to inspect the car. PLEASE keep in mind that it’s because they do serve a lot of people. I inspected the car, inside and outside and when I was ready, I let them know and they asked me if I wanted to do a drive test. I said yes and they gave me the keys. They let me drive it by myself (obviously they asked me for my drivers license) for around 15-30 mins, no supervision. Just asked me to park it in an available spot when I returned. I loved it, and then I went to the office to talk with Farhad Azizi, I made every single question that I had, let him know about issues that I’ve found while driving and lights on dashboard. Saying so, please people, make your questions clear, Azizi kindly answered all of them. I gave a down payment so they can start working on everything (plates, safety, etc) and at the next day I got contacted from them letting me know that the car was ready for pickup. I got this 2012 Chevy Cruze LT in March, and I am really happy with it. I’m not saying that 1-2 stars reviews are fake or anything, but I’m saying that communication is important, so keep in mind that they sold used cars, low prices, and feel free to ask anything clear and I’m sure they will kindly give and answer as they did to me. Thanks to Gardiner Motors team, no issues so far but I know they do support customers after purchase, so If i have any I will contact them and update this review as needed.
