I’m not from the area & had a fuel issue with my Ford Transit transporter. Literally pulled in to the lads to see if there was any chance of help. Within minutes, they were straight on to dealing with my problem & a few minutes later - fully repaired !!! Absolutely flawless service, great bunch of lads / mechanics, very grateful for such a rapid response.

I had an absolutely appalling experience with this garage. Never bring a broken down vehicle here. This garage did good work on my van 2 years before so I figured I’d give them another shot after my timing belt failed. All in all it took a little under 2 months to get car back from the day of the breakdown. They took full advantage of my situation, which worsened when I foolishly told them I had a backup car. Called them around 15-20 times over the course of two months and was constantly given the run around (“Just waiting on parts”, “Sorry mate supply chain issue”, “It’s just going on the ramp tomorrow, will be done next week”, etc…). They never called to give me a status update on the car, even when the work was done I had to call them to find out myself. If I didn’t have another car to fall back on, I would’ve been in an even worse situation since I lived in a rural area with no public transport. They supposedly uncovered new problems until the total bill was about £200 more than originally quoted. And to top everything off, when I came to pick the car up it was infested with mould - obviously from being left in the yard to rot until the last minute (pictured). The guy behind the desk tried to tell me that it came in that way (ridiculous like people just casually drive a car with damp mould-covered upholstery 🤔) before finally apologising and half heartedly wiping it up. The upholstery was damp still and it took an afternoon of cleaning and dehumidifying to get rid of the smell. A massively stressful situation made worse by a total lack of customer service and an absolute lack of respect and decency. I would never give them a penny of my money again and would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so until this place changes drastically.

I bring my lease Audis here under warranty for servicing and sometimes MOT and find them very efficient and good value. 👍
