Very pleased with the honest service here. Called (limped in) on a busy Friday afternoon with a nearly flat nearside rear tyre, and was told the wait could be around 1hr. At round about 1hr my car was on the ramps, and I was greeted with the news that it was nothing more than a faulty valve. So 90mins later and just £20 lighter I left Kwik- fit a happy customer. Thanks Kwik-fit for your fantastic service and honesty.

Have used Kwik Fit on numerous occasions, as I seem to be an expert at finding either a potholes/nails/screws! After having had a nightmare day following my latest run-in with a pothole, we turned up just after 4pm on a Sunday where the assistant manager (sorry, was in such a tizz that I didn’t get his name!) sorted and replaced my tyre there and then for me, despite technically being closed. Saved me so much hassle over the following days, which was very grateful for. In general have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Have always been dealt with quickly and kept updated as to progress.
