I joined this practice about 4 years ago when my dentist retired and have been so impressed. I had been contemplating getting crowns on discolored front teeth for over a decade, but I was nervous they would look artificial. Dr. Rubinstein promised me that she would ensure I was happy with them. Well, I finally did it, this past month, and they look AMAZING! They look almost exactly like my natural teeth, except not discolored. This exceptional quality is aligned with every dental cleaning and procedure I have had at this practice. They use state of the art technology and the highest standard of care. Highly recommend.

I randomly selected this dental office when I moved here from out of state a few years ago. It was very hard to find an office that was accepting new patients and I was happy that they would have me. I admit my last dental office in Atlanta rocked so much that it would almost be impossible to match satisfaction. I would’ve liked to at least given this place a B though and I tried. I was first with a dentist who gossiped about her hygienist. Every time she left the room and seemed to have an attitude problem towards others as well. I had and still have issues with a cavity that was filled from a few years ago. She got an attitude with me when I said that her best efforts were not resolving the pain that I was feeling so I finally just gave up. She has now since left the practice. I most recently was with a hygienist who took it upon herself to give me all the scoop on what was going on with that previous Dentist and why she really left. I just wanna come in and get my teeth cleaned but what’s really got me is that I just received an almost $500 bill for a service performed a year ago. I am now out of work and don’t have the money to pay it. I understand that sometimes the insurance process can take time, but this should’ve been flagged and I should’ve been made aware instead of receiving a sudden out of nowhere bill a year later. And honestly, the practice should’ve written it off. It’s super obvious on my bill that they were late in trying to collect. At the bare minimum, I should’ve received a phone call. Do better. I canceled my next appointment and will no longer be a patient at this office. May as well go to a chain dentist- thats what this felt like. Just another number. Not that I would expect from a family practice.

I've had nothing but disappointing experiences and bad work here. The dental work I've had done has repeatedly failed. They're constantly overbooked, so wait times are long. The staff is hit or miss. And on top of all that, Dr. Rubenstein is dismissive, won't take two minutes to listen to the patient, and treats you like she wants you out the door as soon as possible. I found Dr. Rubenstein brusque, rude, and having poor bedside manner, which was particularly jarring considering how nervous people can be about dentistry! The staff seemed to notice this too, considering that they went out of their way to comfort me after she left the room on several occasions. Each time I've gone it also seems they have a serious overbooking problem. On two separate occasions my appointments started nearly an hour after the scheduled time. Dr. Rubenstein spent as little time as possible in the room, zipping in to do work and rushing out as fast as possible, often going between rooms and patients to juggle multiple procedures at once. When I wanted to explain the issues I was experiencing, she seemed annoyed I was taking up her time. I can understand a full workload, but this was to a ridiculous degree. This is supposed to be medical care, not a drive thru! I've never experienced anything like it. The final time I went, the tech was also clueless and unprofessional – I'm talking a "teenage gas station cashier" kind of checked-out. On another visit she had a prospective dental student shadowing her. I thought this was great, and didn't mind at all. However, she went over my Xrays with him (not with me) and was tremendously rude about the state of my teeth right in front of me! Making cruel and disparaging assumptions about me OUT LOUD while I laid there in the chair not five feet away! I could've even excused that if the work had been decent, but after everything I've had done there has been faulty, I have no more patience left. As far as the work goes, I've had three things done here - a composite for a chip, a crown, and had a nightguard made. The composite was for a chip on the corner of a front tooth, and it repeatedly broke off. I had it fixed several times and it just kept breaking - the last time only a few hours after I had it done. The crown was done less than a year ago and is still bleeding and painful every time I floss. The nightguard was really bad at first but better after the refitting, but the refitting appointment was HORRIBLE. They asked me to put it in, and how it felt. I'd say "it feels thick here", or "it doesn't feel right there", and they'd literally scoff in my face like I was a huge hassle before going to adjust it. When Dr. Rubenstein came in to make adjustments, she scolded me like a child and was incredibly patronizing and rude. I can't believe I spent so much money here. The only time I haven't had a bad experience is when I was seen by Dr. Persky. It seems they've been doing some restructuring lately – I hope its come with some serious re-evaluation of their practices. I'd warn anyone away from this place.
