The most magical, romantic day! Words truly can’t express how grateful we are to have had Boston Event Divas as both our day-of coordinator and florist for our wedding. From our very first conversation, they understood my vision so clearly - romantic, moody, and timelessly classic - and brought it to life! I cannot recommend Jen and the Boston Event Divas team enough! We worked with them for both day-of coordination and floral design, and they were absolutely incredible. From the start, Jen was super communicative and always happy to answer every question I had, no matter how big or small. She even did a venue walkthrough with us a few months before the wedding, which gave me so much peace of mind. She completely understood my vision and helped me bring it to life in the most seamless way. She connected us with excellent vendors, built a detailed timeline, and helped with our rehearsal so the ceremony would run flawlessly. On the wedding day, Jen and her team set up the entire venue space and all the décor, along with the most stunning floral arrangements and bouquets. They managed an impressive one-hour flip of our ceremony space into a reception for 150 guests, and it looked beautiful. They also handled all communication with vendors, managed the entire day behind the scenes, and at the end of the night, helped break down and pack everything up so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Tara, my personal attendant, was an absolute star! Between communicating with all vendors day-of, helping to carry my dress, or just making sure I always had a drink in my hand, she helped to make the day go by effortlessly. The entire team was warm, professional, and a joy to work with. Their attention to detail, flawless execution, and calm efficiency exceeded my expectations. They are truly some of the best in the business, and I feel so lucky to have had them by my side!
Jen and Tara were amazing for our wedding. My fiancé had to fly out for work the three weeks before our wedding, which made those weeks super stressful, but Jen was only a phone call away talking me through everything and making me feel less stressed out than I was. I went up to her new shop because we were the first to use her new phone audio message recorder where we worked hard on making the perfect message for my wedding. She went above and beyond in preparation of our day. From venue viewing and discussions with the venue coordinator to picking our favors and vendor communication, Jen was as diligent as she was skilled. For our first venue call, Jen had come prepared with an anticipated timeline, which when finalized was very detailed and helpful for all involved/ On the day of our big day, my fiancé and I had Jen and Tara by our sides. Jen kept us as close to timeline and Tara helped us to stay as stress-free as possible. I cannot recommend any team more than the Boston Event Divas team. Jen and Tara are both caring and oriented on doing what is best for the bride and groom, and they sure do deliver. I don't think the day would've gone as smooth as it did if they weren't there. If you need a planner or day of coordinator, Jen is the one!!
