Not sure about the previous reviews but it’s really disappointing that the work that was done is alright however ! I was mostly shocked at the overly charged price of a simple name 6 letters to be exact ! Being stitch onto an apron ! And being charged 119$ that’s ridiculous ! I have had this same stitching done before here and for one apron it was. 30$ not sure how the prices jump so enormously! I was not interested in disputing this so I paid the amount and left knowing I WILL NEVER RETURN !

Literally had THE WORST experience!! We had big bags that needed name embroidered. They told us it will be done in a week and to come and pick it up on Sunday. However they scheduled the pick up but didn’t tell it will be closed. There was no way to rich the owner and once we did the next day he had attitude and was super rude. The girl at the front desk was not helpful either. I will never come back nor I recommend this to anyone else.

Left my order over a month ago, can't get in touch with anyone at the Brooklyn location. No one is answering the phone or returning emails. They still have my merchandise and I don't know how to retrieve it , finished or otherwise , at this point I honestly don't care I just want it back. Visited the store but it was closed during hours they said they were open. Update- 5/23/2021 Though ultimately none of the work was done, David's explanation was sufficient enough and ultimately understandable given the circumstances. I retrieved my merchandise in a timely manner as promised and wish them the best as they continue their return normal.

I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy. Tried them in Fall 2020 for a 25 black tee shirt embroidery order, first run of production had my company’s text spelt all wrong. Then it took another 2 months for them to correct their mistake and get me the t shirts with the text I ordered. Fast forward to July 2021, I wanted to give them another shot because they’re in my area and I like supporting local businesses. I stopped by at the shop and placed an order for 30 black embroidered tees. 6 weeks goes by, no updates, no follow up. Finally heard from a new employee basically telling me the employee who took my order didn’t have any of my orders details. Supplied the details to the new employee, expressed I still wanted the shirts and go ahead with the order already; another 4-6 weeks go by, no follow ups, no updates. Completely silent. Finally after calling enough times I got someone, they said they still hadn’t ordered my shirts but were willing to give me a refund. Disappointed would be an understatement, they’re callous on the phone and apparently the employees completely cognizant the company is an organizational disaster. She told me the owner had already refunded my deposit when that was not the case. I was refunded shortly after reaching the employee but safe to say was not a pleasant experience working with Brooklyn Stitch in any facet. Customer service and organization is lacking big time here.
