I've ordered a few custom shirts from Big Frog and every one was made to perfection! Aside from offering great products, what really stands out to me is their customer service. The staff is friendly and super helpful, and the way an issue was recently handled pretty much made me a customer for life. There was an issue with the last shirt I ordered (accidental misprint on a shirt intended as a Christmas gift). In life issues happen; it's how an issue is handled is what matters. The staff member couldn't have handled the issue better! He was understanding, empathetic, and assured me I'd have the correct shirt the very next day.
