Browning Renovations : Kitchen & Basement Renovation Pickering | Bathroom Renovation & Drywall Installation Pickering

Thanks again to Browning Renovations for finishing our basement, we are so excited to start renting it out and paying back the reno. They helped to design and create a functional kitchen for the space and added a bathroom with heated floors as well as a good size bedroom. Sorry, no before and after pics but trust me it was an unfinished eye sore. Now it's a welcoming basement apartment that is ready for a new tenant. Here are some pictures. Highly recommend and will be calling again for our bathroom upstairs in the New Year..

What an amazing experience, from the initial phone call through to the finished result. We have been hesitant on renovating as we couldn't find a contractor that we trusted. Thankfully Brandon and his team came in and swept our worries away. They helped create the bathroom of our dreams and a closet for our baby on the way. The professionalism and craftsmanship is more than we could have asked for. We can't wait to continue our home renovations with Browning to create the home of our dreams!

Brandon took on two projects for me. He installed a new laundry sink (along with the required plumbing) and a wet bar with a beautiful quartz countertop. I'm very pleased with the results of how everything turned out, especially given that there were a few unexpected surprises along the way (e.g. uneven flooring), which is a testament to his level of skill. He was friendly, professional and very easy to deal with. I appreciated that he took the time to clean up after himself (e.g. saw dust, etc.). Overall, my experience with Brandon is 5 stars. I would definitely seek out Brandon again for any future projects.
