Weyburn Group

I spent over 17000 dollars on a new roof, new fascia and evestrough installed with leaf gutter protector by Jacky Lin the contractor and his employees of the Wayburn Group. I was advised I would have a 15 year warranty with the installation back in 2022 it is now 2025 and have had no success in having a simple re-adjustment made on the evestrough that was installed incorrectly, It is leaking and the water is not flowing to the spout and freezing in the winter. The contractor Jacky Lin has been contacted numerous times in the past 3 years on this issue, the last conversation we had he was concerned that I was threating him that I would advise the public on the non compliance of the warrenty that was promised to me which is absolutely my right as a customer especially when it comes to after sales service that I consider one of the most important aspects in a contract. Its been 3 years now and it looks like I have no other option other then to contact a seperate contractor to repair the issue that he is neglecting to make. At this point he obviously has forgotten about my issue, was paid and on to the next job. I hope this advisement helps direct the public in making the proper decision on which company to hire for there next upgrade or renovation.

Very professional and skilled company. We required services to re-do our roofing after we had another company come in last year and were not satisfied with their job as it is a flat roof and is more difficult than normal. Weyburn did a fantastic job rebuilding our roof, they were fast and efficient and most importantly, the job was tremendously well done. Definitely will be recommending their services to our friends and family. Thanks again.
