I've been here about 3 times to work with Marcellin, always helps me out with what I need and I have never left disappointed, from getting loans to buying my first house. It's important to work with an advisor that you can trust to have your interest at heart. Iwould most definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great service.

Desjardins is the absolute worst bank to deal with. They have made my construction project beyond miserable. The agents don't return calls or emails for days or weeks. They don't warn you they are going on vacation. They push you to the brink of insanity. It's almost like a game to them. When they claim to offer renovation loans, it's really finished product loans. They go to great lengths to not release funds so you can't pay for materials and workers in order to advance your project. It's almost like they are rooting for you to fail. They don't seem to realize that you jointly own the property if you have a mortgage with them and it's in their best interest to help you finish. If you can avoid Desjardins...do it.
