They are never available for walk ins. You have to book an appointment 2 weeks in advance, then when you show up they make you wait more than 20 minutes. No respect for their customer’s time. The agents working are nice and professional but overbooking the employees will always have a negative impact on customers Edit: The manager of this branch has apologized and taken my feedback and ensured they will escalate my concerns to improve their services to their consumers.

Extremely low quality of help, the answers I've got here have always been wrong and confused, my latest experience with Desjardins as a whole have been very bad and everytime I have had questions they have not been able to give any kind of help. Avoid this place at all costs if you dont want to spend large portions of your time completely in vain. Would give 0/5 stars if possible.
