If I could give a zero, I would. I had to deal with this bank to manage some important stuffs and it is, by far, the worst experience and service I have ever had. They cant do something as simple as making a copy of legal document and send it to the right department so there is a delay because they have to look for it, then they give you an appointment and call you 5mins later saying, there were no one available, they give you false informations that delay what you were supposed to do and deny saying it, they add so much stress to an already stressful situation. Think twice before opening an account there and if like me you dont have a choice but to deal with them, validate everything they are saying or doing with an other professional it will save you time and headache.

Took mostly 40 minutes to be served when there was only 3 persons in front if me. Bad service in general took for ever for the girl to understand What i wanted.

The service is really bad. When you have ro explain to the Manager what to do is sad. Thé staff need training.
