I’ve been a client of Caisse Desjardins for 30 years and more. The Caisse has always met my financial needs. Perfectly satisfied!

I’ve been trying to get in touch with this branch for some time (months), but always rerouted to central & another branch. In 2022 I paid my tax returns at this branch and the payment was never deposited/sent. It’s also not on my statements and the receipt I was given is unreadable as the ink faded. (Thermal Printer ink receipt) although cash and a remittance slip were taken from me. I had asked for more formal proof as it was my first time paying a bill at the teller, and was told it’s fine as I have the small thermal paper receipt. It’s only been brought to my attention as the government is asking for a repayment that I’ve already given in 2022. (I had expected it all to be done then) when I returned the day after in 2022 to ask where my payment was as it wasn’t on my account statement, the teller asked her coworker where the income tax pile was and assured me it would be sent out/ it was accounted for. I’m unable to get in contact over the phone to even make an appointment to speak with someone at the specific branch. Frustrating all around.

Today the brunch which supposed to work from 9 AM till 8 PM is closed without any notice! Even on the door. So many people are coming for absolutely nothing just to learn that the door a locked. No respect for own customers at all!
