Core Carrier Corporation

My sales rep came in the other day and he raved about the young girl at the front desk when he came back. He said she was pure sunshine. She was very polite, accommodating, and informative about Core Carrier and who they currently use as vendors for janitorial services and supplies. Don't know if Core Carrier could use our services but she left a great impression of this place.

I'm tired of calling this company about unpaid and late invoices. The poor person answering the phone probably dreads seeing my number pop up because of how many times I've said to send me to the AP person Sheila. Sheila talks a lot of game that she sent the check on such and such date and I supposedly haven't received the check yet. "I'm good at what I do and I know I did it." Well you didn't Sheila. I called you before and you tried to pass on the excuse of "Well I don't send the checks, all of that's done at corporate." Then you rudely hung up on me after I asked to speak to whoever it was at your corporate office about receiving payment. So first you tell me you send the checks and you know you sent them, then you don't send checks and your corporate office does. Which one are you lying about because they can't both be truthful.

Fix that the pay, update trucks, pave or at least engraved the yard and fix the ending pay structure. Makes you look like a greedy company. Those reimbursements for Travel, Hotel and Lunch should be deducted per paycheck not one lump sum leaving your drivers nothing. $2500+ is a lot of money. Some deliveries for this company the guard at guard shack will determine if you’re delivering or not, change times of deliveries without consulting you the driver or driver manager and cancel or decline your appointment when you arrive on time to check in.
