I needed to have my vehicle towed from a dealership in Kansas and was told that they could have it picked it before a certain date. Then said that they had a driver and took a deposit. Then I got a notification that the pickup day was getting pushed back, then it happened again, and I never heard back from them as to what was going on. I was told 3 different stories as to why my vehicle wasn't picked up. I ended up having to change my plans for what to do with my car because of this. When I asked about getting the deposit back, I was told to call back in a day to talk to a manager, and now I'm being told to call back in a week to see what management decision is! Absolutely terrible communication throughout this whole thing. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Edit: So after finally getting an answer on if I could get a refund, I was told that they wouldn't give me a refund, but that they would "leave a credit on my account so that I could use it for a future transport" even though I would never us this scam of a company. Zero out of five stars. If you need a transport company, go to Auto Shipping Group instead. They are honest and up front about everything, and they will actually get your vehicle shipped in the time frame that is stated in the contract unlike Xpress Auto.

This was really easy-peasy, I called for a quote, I needed my vehicle out of a dealership and hours later they came. The truck driver even arrived and even sent me pictures after it was loaded. The dealership even thanked me for the driver which was a surprise. I’d recommend it to anybody who just purchased a vehicle and needs quick transport. A+ all around.

I must’ve made 10 calls to 10 different shippers and finally found one I could understand and didn’t feel like I was being sold as a customer. They were also based in the USA and I appreciated that. The truck showed up later that week and it was on its way. Really happy with how it turned out.

I got suspicious of other companies trying to move my car for an oddly low price. The one that was the most reasonable was Xpress Auto Transport. I made the right choice, they got my transport finished fast and very professionally.
