Let me start by saying, I purchased using the website so I am not sure if it’s this location or the other one that processes online purchases. With that, I order hair June 21st after waiting beyond the 5-7 business days (according to their policy) to receive shipping information or my order, I decided to reach out to them. I called no answer, so I used their message portal. I told them when I purchased the hair and that I never receive information pertaining to the shipment. Keep in mind, I paid 675$ for three bundles and a closure . They responded and said although my payment was processed it was flagged for fraud and asked me to submit a photo of my driver’s license See attached photo). So again, they have my 675$ and didn’t say anything about the payment being flagged until I reached out to them (which I thought was odd). The message also stated that they were still processing order and I should receive shipment information soon. Waited a few more days, no shipment information. I then reached back out to them and requested a refund. I was told they couldn’t issue a refund SO I disputed it with my bank. Finally received an email stating that they cancelled my order and issued me a full refund (still pending confirmation with my bank). This was my first time buying hair and AGAIN, it may not be this location but be careful when purchasing hair from them ONLINE.

I am absolutely in love with D Hair Burmese hair. The quality is top tier, soft, full, and has such a beautiful natural luster. It blends effortlessly with my natural hair and holds curls like a dream without getting stiff or tangled. I have washed and styled it multiple times and it still looks just as fresh and luxurious as the day I got it. Minimal shedding, no weird smell, and the bundles are super thick from root to tip. If you’re looking for long lasting, high quality hair that gives that effortless glam, D Hair Burmese hair is it. Highly recommend.

I am not a native but I’m pretty disappointed with my experience. My friend is getting married and was reliant on this company for her hair. Today was her 3rd time going to the place. On the 2nd time we waited from 10:00 to 10:40 then decided to leave. We mentioned it to the cashier and there was no apology for the tardiness. We asked for the discount proposed to us via instagram and she was hesitant on giving it to us in spite of us stating what happened. She then proceeded to give the bundles that were on display (the ones that everyone runs their fingers through). It seemed unprofessional and I wouldn’t shop here in person.
