Photos : look at the photos. No need for me to say much except: $110 hair cut from a “master” stylist is a little unfair. I feel robbed , taken advantage of. First photos below were the pictures I showed for Inspo - what I ended up with was - well not it . So disappointing to drive to Dallas to an expensive place and feel like I was robbed. I originally went in because of a promotion for that stubborn fat under your chin . They said they needed models and it would be $50. I have been a model before to help new aesthetician’s learn new techniques. So I went in excited to try this treatment. I got a RF treatment but not on the chin part which is what I originally went in for . When I mentioned it to the aesthetician- she apparently had no idea of why or for what I was there for as she stated that it was not in the description of the treatment she would be providing for me today. I was perplexed and disappointed but I figured whatever - what can you do if the aesthetician who has you on her bed already began something else and tells you she’s not doing that today but I should schedule for a different treatment that would help with that for another day. She was great , genuinely nice , and her treatment I would say was something I would book again . I just did not like that I was brought in under false pretense . False advertising on FB. Not okay. I gave 2 stars only because of the good service from the aesthetician. I wish she would have just honored the chin area .

Outstanding services and customer service! Everyone on staff was personable, pricing was quite reasonable for the high-quality service provided. I had a treatment I’m familiar with and the whole experience, care explanation and actual service were far superior to most medspas I’ve been to, without an astronomical label price or attempting to oversell. Pricing and packages are straightforward, I was given what I asked for and didn’t have a hard push on other services I didn’t want (an annoying practice that will cause me to walk away for good). Unicorn already is well known for quality extensions and the medspa portion is an absolutely great addition. Will be coming back for services here. Very enjoyable experience that will have my return business!

I cannot recommend Jazmin enough! She installed my hair extensions and added the most gorgeous highlights—I’m completely obsessed with the results. The blend is flawless, the color is vibrant but natural, and the overall look is exactly what I wanted (and honestly, even better than I imagined). Jazmin is not only incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, but she also made the entire experience so comfortable and fun. She listened to what I wanted, gave thoughtful suggestions, and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I walked out of her chair feeling confident, beautiful, and so well taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing with color and extensions, go to Jazmin. She’s the real deal!

Came in to get hair extensions in September for my wedding in February and had such an incredible experience every time! After leaving, I even decided that it was longer than I wanted and came in a couple days later to get it cut. They have always been so accommodating and helpful with scheduling it is truly amazing! Wendella is my stylist and she is consistently incredible, whether it is moving my extensions up or finding a good color her knowledge and knowledge passion shine in every interaction! I am constantly having people compliment my hair and then they look so shocked when I say I have extensions because they are so natural and blended! Such a fun and uplifting atmosphere, wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done and truly love the way they make me look and feel!
