Desjardins 360d - Université de Montréal

Here goes another 1 Star review, and if I could give less I would. Had to deal with their client « relations » associate to open a bank account with them and I wish I didn’t. Unsure if he is a bank agent or an immigration officer, questionning things that are not his responsability from near or far. Telling me that he prefers to deal with students instead of new comers to Canada, refusing to aknowledge anything I say in English as « he doesn’t speak it », interrupting me while I am speaking and the list is long. I ended up leaving without opening an account as I definitely don’t need to give my money to a bank that puts someone like him to meet customers. Lived in many countries and have accounts in some of the world’s most prestigious banks and was about to do the mistake of dealing with desjardins. Thank God I didn’t! If you are ever in this agency, RUN (or at least until he is gone, he is not doing his employer any fabor in giving the bank a great reputation).

Nice space. My advisor was a rookie but was a good communicator and got the job done.

J’ai visité plusieurs succursales, mais celle-ci est de loin la meilleure ! L’accueil est chaleureux, les conseillers sont à l’écoute et prennent vraiment le temps de bien expliquer!!!!
