This morning I dropped by this branch to activate my account for AFE. April helped me go through everything with great patience and got things done professionally and efficiently. She and her colleague provided me an excellent customer service, I would love to visit again if I need any help in the future.
I had a fantastic experience with Desjardins when I discovered fraudulent charges on my account. The representative April Choi , who assisted me was amazing, incredibly helpful, kind and took away my stress about the charges ! She quickly reversed the unauthorized transactions, where as my branch ( not this location ) took over two weeks to reverse it. I felt relived about entire situation. I highly recommend for their customer service and commitment to their clients. Thank you for making this stressful experience so much easier!
