My mom and I wound up here for dinner after a random selection based on stars and a list of restaurants in Parry Sound while on a short roadtrip into North Bay for the day. Dineresque on the outside but warm and inviting with bold color and old school decor on the inside. A warm reception from the staff as soon as we walked in and were given the option of being seated either inside or outside on the deck. We chose the latter as we had just spent time around a number of people we didn't know and just wanted to be apart from the bustle. The service by our server Rhonda was excellent; She didnt hover or helicopter like many do and was a pleasant conversationalist. The menu was expansive, the food was delicious and when back in the space, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this eatery. The stars would be a five rating but the atmosphere on the deck could stand to be improved esthetically.

I had a 5 star experience in June but Sunday the worst! Guess consistency not a thing. Had a reservation for 6pm. Walked into a restaurant with only 1 server on pub side and no service on fine dining side. If this restaurant was under staffed they should NOT have been open for fine dining. You pay much more for good service and food. We were the only ones on Disalvo side. Ordered 2 Steam Whistle Beers that were flat. The server should have saw there was no head on the beer. I have been a server for years myself. At least tell the customer you are alone and be honest. After 15 min of no return. We Got up. My boyfriend insisted to pay for the beers. I said not to, beer was dead and if the server had of come back we could have told her. He left a 20$ on table. We got up and walked out. I left but my boyfriend was stopped my the only server. She said she was sorry, they were understaffed and she was alone. The bill on other side would have been double the pub side. Having a restaurant under staffed on a Sunday evening is gross. Like I said, close one side and not take reservations. Not sure if I will give this place another try? My sister hated her 1st time, flat champagne too. But had a better experience next time. If consistency is not there you will loose customers. Do Better! I have been in this restaurant over the course of my life. Many name changes and menu's too. I was somewhat reluctant to try this but it was my birthday and my boyfriend said, how bad can fine dining be. As we entered, it had the reg pub look I was used to. Knowing the layout that fine dining must be off to the side, I was pleasantly surprised. Wow! Way to step up that room. It was beautiful, comfortable seats, nice level of music. Really classy. Now Ashley was our amazing waitress. She was working the room like a champ. Took orders and brought drinks out quickly, good at suggestive selling. Beer was SO cold, yummy. I like the chilled class water bottles at each table as well. Settings are well thought out. I appreciate spacing out guests tables as well. The appetizers were delicious. Home made bread and fresh salads. Meals are served hot, plenty of it and even know i was so full, we shared a desert too. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back and referring this restaurant to others.

We Used Di Salvos to cater our dream muskoka wedding sep of 2025. They did an amazing job accommodating our needs. They were full service! They catered our Muskoka cruise end to end and took care of all the worry! And the food omg the food was fantastic we had the most amazing Braised Beef Short Rib! The tetrazzini and the hors d’oeuvres were fantastic. Perfectly seasoned perfectly cooked.
