Indra, has always given us great service & the same was true this time. I called his company on Thursday, he returned my call promptly a few hours later & on Friday, the next day, ( Dec. 6.24) was here installing a new toilet. He was courteous, punctual, professional & very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions about the replacement & installation of the toilet. He did a fantastic job: he was very tidy, skilled, organized, quick & efficient from start to finish. We are enjoying our new American Standard 16.5 in. toilet that works very well & is more comfortable since it's higher than the old one. I live Toronto, but my parents moved to North of Markham, and they complained about experiencing odd water taste, and drain smell. I immediately called Everest due to the urgency and they gave me a quote for a new water softener and installed it and also filled it up with softener salt for my parents. The drain smell was due to improper installation of p trap and they fixed that as well, and no smell. I appreciate the urgency and professionalism that Suraj and Rajiv showed, definitely recommend them.
