I called Mr. Rooter about a drain backup in my basement and was impressed from the very start. They were kind, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Victoria, the initial plumber, was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and compassionate about my situation. She took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and made sure I understood the next steps. Highly recommend! UPDATE: Patrick was the second plumber sent out and to say he was amazing would be an understatement. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. It was clear right away that he takes pride in his work and that he genuinely cares about helping his customers. Patrick took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. He’s a true professional and a clear asset to his team. Our issue is now resolved & we couldn’t be happier! A big thank you to Mr. Rooter, Victoria & Patrick for being professionals we can rely on! Will use again for any & all future plumbing work :)

We had water leaking from the upstairs bathroom and Mr. Rooter (Peter) explained in detail the process, the options and once we agreed on next steps, proceeded to fix the issue. We found Peter to be punctual, courteous, professional and provided excellent service.
