**EDITED FOR RESPONSE** **IMPORTANT: Screenshots of the original review are in the photos** First of all, thank you for editing your response before I could reply. I know that this response was not the original. Secondly, yes the package was addressed correctly. The error was not caught initially because we are expecting many deliveries this week, and we mistakenly assumed this one was ours. If we had noticed the incorrect name, we would've refused it immediately. Thirdly, my wife notified me at 11:39AM when she realized that it was not our package. She took it to our management office around 11:42AM to notify them. We brought it to the office as we were instructed to when we moved in (bring all old tenant mail and/or packages in so that they could be returned). Our management team contacted the old tenant to let them know, and they got in touch with the sender. You said, and I quote: "only after we had already returned to retrieve it." How would you know to come back and retrieve it if we didn't make sure someone was contacted? At 4:53PM your driver did try to call, yes. I was driving home from work and didn't see the call. Someone else evidently let him in. I understand that this was a time sensitive package, hence why we got it taken care of literally minutes after we realized the mistake. But, this is the part where you clearly were not listening to me on the phone. Your driver DID try my door handle to open my door. You admitted on the phone multiple times that opening the front door and leaving the delivery inside were the standard instructions for this particular delivery. My wife could see the handle turning, and could hear the door being pushed back and forth. Your driver left and THEN he returned several minutes later to leave the cardboard "note". So yes, your driver was seeking to gain entry into my home; why else would someone turn the knob? At 5:33PM I called in to leave a complaint. I had visited the leasing office and saw the package still there, and didn't want a repeat of this tomorrow. I had a complaint, and it was not received at all. Instead, I was told that it's not a big deal and that essentially you didn't care. So yeah, I was angry. You would be too if a loved one was on the phone with you in tears because someone was trying the door when she was home alone. You used the word "discomfort", but you really have no clue what people have been through in the past, and to label it as discomfort is demeaning. The "threats" that you speak of came later in the call when it was clear that everything I was saying was falling of deaf ears. If someone I don't know is trying to, or succeeds in getting into my residence, you bet I'm calling the police. That's, well, normal! "...rush back to retrieve the package with less than 20 minutes before your leasing office closed — a last-minute detail you gave us only during that call" - I called you when I got home from work, and saw that the package was not retrieved yet, as well as to lodge a complaint. How on earth would I be able to share this detail with you before we had spoken? If you had sincerely apologized and were kind and understanding about this situation, there would be no need to leave such a review. If you had listened to why I was upset instead of being dismissive and defensive, this would've had a different result. But, here we are. You can seek to paint me in a bad light by saying I was accusatory and threatening, but at the end of the day, I am just trying to take care of my family. I am not a paying customer of yours, but that doesn't make interactions with your company any less valid. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This was the best experience I’ve had with a courier and I’ve dealt with a lot working as an admin over the years! Drilon went above and beyond in getting a package to us, I could not recommend flash express more. If you want a courier who treats your delivery like it’s his top priority, he’s the one to call!
