Fine service, but paid the invoice March 31, received confirmation that the payment was received April 1. The company proceeded to send us 3 follow up invoices for the payment (May 2, May 21, and another today August 29). We sent them proof of payment and requested they stop asking us for money on May 2 and May 21 along with asking them to stop contacting us. I hope they aren't doing this to other customers to try and get paid multiple times. Update: I just received another invoice from your group today.

Great service last week. Especially Sheena and Sydney. I was in Calgary for a meeting and then heading to Kananaskis for a few days of holiday. I forgot some important eye medication in preparation for cataract surgery. Having never used a courier company in the past, I looked on Google and was lucky to find MC Dispatch. Sheena calmly walk me through the process to get my medicine to Calgary and then I could more easily drive back from Kananaskis to pick it up to start the required eye drops and enjoy my mini-vacation!

To cut the long story short, I went to pick up a parcel from MC dispatch as I was told by the delivery driver of FleetOptics to do so. When I get there, I found out that I was given false information. But, the staff of MC Dispatch still accomodated me even if they were already closed. I drove about 25 mins to get there. They were really nice and still helped me out. Kudos to the three staff that was in around 6:30pm, I am the guy who came all the way to pick up my Yeti Tumbler. Thank you all sooooo much!
