Ich habe gestern Abend ganz unkompliziert online über die Website einen Termin für heute gebucht – und bin absolut begeistert von dieser Praxis!!! Frau Czerwinski ist mit Abstand die freundlichste und empathischste Ärztin, bei der ich je in Behandlung war. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, alles verständlich erklärt und ich habe mich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch als neuer Patient wurde ich herzlich von der Sprechstundenhilfe empfangen. Es gab keine lange Wartezeiten, alles lief reibungslos und sehr professionell ab. Eine Praxis, die wirklich überzeugt! :)
Ich war letzte Woche erstmalig in der Akutsprechstunde in dieser Praxis und bei Dr. Czerwinski in Behandlung. Zum Glück habe ich zeitnah einen Termin bekommen, denn es wurde sogar eine stationäre Behandlung im Krankenhaus erforderlich. Ich bin Frau Dr. Czerwinski sehr dankbar - sie ist sehr kompetent, hat „die Lage“ medizinisch richtig eingeschätzt, hat sich Zeit für mich und meine Ängste genommen, alle Fragen beantwortet. Hier trifft fachliche Kompetenz auf sozial-zwischenmenschliche Kompetenz und das erlebe ich leider nicht mehr so oft. Die Praxis ist sehr modern, auch die verwendeten medizinischen Geräte - man kann auf einem Monitor mitverfolgen, wie es z.B. in der Nase aussieht. Auch das Personal an der Anmeldung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top Praxis!
Der Arzt hat eine Ohrenentzündung diagnostiziert und wollte mich nicht mal krank schreiben. Wer schon mal eine Ohrenentzündung hatte, weiß wie man sich fühlt...mit ach und krach hat er mich für heute und morgen krank geschrieben. Ich kam mir vor wie ein Bittsteller. Er hatte mir ein Antibiotika Streifen für 2 Tage im Ohr eingesetzt und bis morgen sollte es schon besser sein...leider habe ich ab und an mit meinen Ohren zu tun, daher kenne ich das Prozedere (zu enge Gehörgänge und verhärtetes Ohrenschmalz). Er hat sich das nicht angehört und meinte dass ich selber dran schuld bin, wegen Ohrenstäbchen...sehr voreilig abgetan und eine falsche Einschätzung!!!
