By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever been part of. This location gave mine and my wife's T4 slips to another customer and gave theirs to us. We,multiple times told the "tax professional" that he had the wrong files and that it was not ours. He went on to ask for our drivers license and asked if we had moved as the address did not match? At that time, again we told him he had the wrong file and that the files he had were not for my wife or myself. He then went on to delete the other customers name and address and put my name and address in on the wrong file. We at that time stood up and said stop we have a problem. He reassured us that what he had done was correct. Just then the other couple noticed it was our files and stood up and said "this is not me". We looked at our Tax Professional and said ," see we told you, you we're making a huge mistake." His response was that he was new and that he corrected his mistake and nothing had been changed. My wife and I decided to go to another location in regards to the problems and demanded a call from upper management. We did get that call from management, we were apologized to and told that they had "no idea how such a thing could happen" and that they would credit both us and the other customers involved for the major breach. Management informed me to go to another location at my convenience and ask to speak with the manger, they would be in the loop and get us looked right after. We went to the new location asked to speak to the manager, he told me he "had no idea who I was and had no time to deal with me,if you don't get up from my desk I will call security. I said to him that I was told to talk to him and that he was supposed to be in the loop. He again told me to leave. Begrudgingly I then had to call the original location to get the manager to call me back as they would not allow me to have the managers direct number. They could not have been more rude as if they were the victim in this situation and myself and wife don't deserve any better service then what we had received at this point. I'm saddened by this experience as I know it will happen to someone else. In the future I would encourage H&R Block to provide proper customer service training and in a situation where the customer has already victimized by your poor preparation work. Don't make the customer the problem to take the focus off the poor service the customer receives. I did not include the names of the individuals involved as I hope they see their mistakes are, just that a mistake they do happen, but it's not my fault and certainly not my wife's fault. Own your mistakes and follow up with all involved so the customer is not burdened with more frustration.

They're fine to work with - when they are actually in the office. Be sure to call ahead, because it appears their office hours are "just a suggestion." Came here to drop off documents at 4:30 on a Wednesday, and the door is locked and no one to be seen. No sign on the door explaining, either. This is customer service?

Each year we go back to see Donna. I am capable of filing my own taxes, but Donna is worth the extra money because she SAVES us money. She is AMAZING! She explains things so that they always make complete sense and she actively looks for ways that we can save more money. She even let's us know what we can be doing so that we can get a better tax return for the following year. She really goes the extra distance to do her absolute best for us!
