PARENTS BEWARE! Earlier this year in March, I purchased a car seat and stroller combination from the buy stuff store in Belleville. I was obviously under the assumption that these were OK to be sold in Canada and were safe until earlier this week. I went to the fire department to make sure it was installed correctly and they notified me that it was actually a United States car seat, and was illegal to be sold in Canada or used in Canada for that matter. Today, we returned the car and stroller to the “BUY STUFF STORE” and the lady (manager) seemed shocked that we knew it wasn’t okay. She gave me my money back though. My friend and I asked her about other car seats, and if she was continuing to sell them at the store and she assured us that she was no longer selling car seats and then it must’ve just been a one time mixup. We went to the back where they had MULTIPLE car seats. The picture of the car seat in the box was taken today. We then called Graco to see if the one that we took a picture today was allowed to be sold in Canada ( remember, she assured us it was only a one time mix up IN MARCH), and we were told that it was not and that that model number should only be sold in the United States and is illegal to be sold in Canada . Needless to say, after six months, they are still selling car seats and strollers and who knows how many poor Belleville residents now have strollers and car seats that they don’t know are actually illegal and could be putting their child in harms ways ( unknowingly ). I just wanted to make everyone aware and if you’ve purchased a car seat there , CALL the company and go get your money back. Shame on them. Even if it was multiple mix ups, it’s disgusting and they clearly don’t care about the children or the parents who could receive a fine.

!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Hired them to build a semi custom arcade cabinet. They already made this unit once and after agreeing on a price they told me 5-6 weeks and took a deposit. After 6 months of silence with the odd reply saying they were working on it they said they couldn't make it. very unperfessional and unresponsive. I'd imagine the quality of their work is sub par if they cant assemble a cabinet they had already made once. non communicative and incompetent company

I went to the store with my girlfriend for the first time. I found a great deal on nespresso coffee machine, hdmi cables, etc. I was hesitate that the product wouldn't work but was ensure I can return the product if it doesn't work. The staff was nice, fair prices I would recommend to family and friends.

I bought card holder on their website and after a month waiting called them and track my order ,she said it will deliver next week.another month passed, called them again same person said:oh ,sorry we don't have it,we will refund your money which they never did.the good thing I paid with my PayPal,had my money back.waste of time and money. don't trust them at all . Terrible costumer service .
