To my surprise, I was told I would need to pay an additional $500 for a 30-minute Q&A session, which I didn’t need as I just had a clarification question related to the bookkeeping. This extra fee was unexpected, as I hadn’t been informed beforehand that asking for a question for clarification purposes would incur an additional cost. A few months later, I had the opportunity to sell my business, and the buyer preferred to use their accountant for the corporate tax filing.
