Zero stars. Horrible experience. After a lifetime of dental work, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a dental office - and that includes an infected root canal. I called to see if they fix dentures and accept my insurance. Yes and yes, they said. When I arrived, I repeated that I only wanted my dentures fixed. Yes, of course, they said, and had me fill out five pages of paperwork. After a long wait, the dentist took me for Xrays. "I just want my dentures fixed," I said; she insisted on Xrays anyway. Then she took me to the exam room, gave me back my broken dentures, and started asking about when I got my dentures and how many implants I have. I answered, and asked again, "But can you fix my dentures?" She said she would ask the technician. Two minutes later a man came in and said they can't fix my dentures. I would need new ones. "OK," I said, and went to get out of the chair to leave. He became angry and told me to "have respect." "I do have respect," I said, "but as I've already told you, all I want is to get my dentures fixed and you can't do that." He started shouting at me to get out and grabbed my arm! I asked for the bathroom so I could replace my dentures before leaving, and he continued to push me toward the door and angrily shout at me to get out. So I was forced to stand at the reception desk to replace my dentures - not easy when they're broken - while he stood there and shouted at me to get out. While my dentures may indeed be unfixable, I'm not going to do business with a dental practice that refuses to listen to what I want and yells at me for asking for it politely. After reading through the other reviews, I am convinced that all the positive reviews are fake. These people are unprofessional, unethical, and extremely rude. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I love my hygienist here BUT the customer service is awful. I tried to catch them in time to change my appointment in their 48hour window but missed the office. I used the text feature for them to call me back, spoke to them today. The representative "reminded" me of a $150 charge for missed appointments. She Wouldn't work with me to change the appointment for an earlier one or a different day this week. Told me I was still getting charged. The reality is..Not everyone works set schedules people's work schedules do change last minute depending on the industry. Unfortunately mine changed. But I still tried to notify them. My cell phone records prove that. I can not stand for a company to feel so empowered to continue to rudely "remind" you of a $150 charge for a missed appointment and not try to work with you. I needed to shift the appointment by 30 minutes or move it. Not to mention I never confirmed the appointment after it was made 4+ months ago. Im so annoyed. I will be looking for a new office.

Dr. Lee is the BEST dentist I have met in my life. His team, Nicole, Julie and Connie are so efficient that I don't have words to express their professionalism and good care. The front desk is so amenable and on top of the best communication skills in an office. Thank you for your good job in my mouth. My teeth look stunning. I would recommend Dental Associates without any doubt.
