An amazing studio that is very welcoming, offering a variety of classes. Mary Ellen Taylor is an incredible instructor and an expert in her field as she teaches a range of yoga and barre/yoga classes. I’ve taken classes from many instructors and always am blown away by her knowledge. She is incredibly informative of connecting the mind and body and has helped heal both back and neck injuries I have dealt with for many years. The classes meet you wherever you are in your wellness journey and is a studio of kindness, acceptance and laughter. No two classes are the same. The studio is a very friendly community and Mary Ellen is the heartbeat of it.
