Revival Yoga Wellness Center

This was my first time ever taking a Yoga/Pilates class. It was so enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely challenging. Im not sure of the instructors name but she was so delightful. Only con is that it is not very diverse but I won’t left that stop me from going again

Had the opportunity to participate in a full moon class with Anna. Studio is very nice, calm, and warm. I felt so relaxed throughout the class. Loved this space and the great vibes everyone brought.

Incorporating yoga into my workout routine has not only transformed my physical health but has also given me a newfound sense of mental clarity and inner peace. Hannah's Hatha class is awesome. Her calming presence and clear instructions made the practice extremely accessible. Kelley and Nancy, and Alyssa’s sculpt classes make for an incredible work out. They are both incredibly kind and down to earth, but provide the extra motivation to keep it rolling. I’m sure all of the instructors are great but haven’t had the chance to attend all of their classes. Would highly recommend checking out Revival Yoga in Palos and attending as many class types as possible!
