This was one of the most frustrating and dishonest hotel experiences I’ve encountered. I booked two rooms for the previous day, fully paid, with the clear intention that guests would be arriving early the next morning around 5 AM. This was not an early check-in request — it was a late check-in into rooms that were already paid for from the prior night. I even went to the hotel in person the day before to confirm this plan, and staff assured me it would be fine. But when my guests arrived at 5 AM, they were blatantly refused entry. The staff forced them to wait for 4 hours, claiming check-in would only be allowed at 9 AM — as if the booking only started that morning. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest, since the rooms were mine from the day before. And then — shockingly — they expected checkout by 12 PM the same day, as per their "policy". So what my guests got was less than 3 hours in the room, after paying for over 24! This is outright fraud — taking full payment for a night, refusing entry, and then enforcing checkout just hours after reluctantly letting them in. I have already raised a formal complaint with Agoda (through whom I made the booking), and I strongly urge others to stay far away from this property. They have no respect for guests, no understanding of how bookings work, and zero sense of accountability. !!! Avoid at all costs. You’re better off sleeping in your car than trusting this place.
I really liked the hotel room. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was soft, and I slept well. The bathroom was nice and had everything I needed. The staff was kind and helpful. It’s also in a good place, close to shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.
⭐ 1/5 - Very Bad Experience – Completely Disappointed I had one of the worst hotel stays ever at this property. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the problems I encountered: ⸻ 1. Unhygienic and Poor Room Condition The room was in a terrible state upon arrival. It was clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. There was visible dust, stained bedsheets, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The room felt neglected and poorly maintained. ⸻ 2. Cockroach Infestation The room was full of cockroaches, including in the bathroom and around the bed area. It made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. This is completely unacceptable. ⸻ 3. Non-Functional Amenities • Geyser was not working. When we requested hot water, it took nearly 30 to 40 minutes to get it manually. • AC was not cooling properly, making the room hot and suffocating. ⸻ 4. Water Bottle Not Provided There was no complimentary drinking water. They offered only a cheap local brand bottle at an additional cost. This is a basic amenity every hotel should provide. ⸻ 5. Inconvenient Parking Car parking is 300 meters away from the hotel. Carrying luggage and walking this distance was a huge inconvenience. No valet or assistance provided. ⸻ 6. Rude and Unhelpful Staff The staff were extremely uncooperative and rude. When we reported issues, they had no interest in resolving them and behaved indifferently. Basic hospitality was missing. ⸻ 7. Tax Invoice Not Provided After checkout, I requested a tax invoice copy for my booking — but the hotel refused or delayed in providing it. This is a serious issue for those traveling on business or who need invoices for reimbursement or records. ⸻ ❌ Overall Verdict: This hotel offers a third-class experience at an unjustified price. Poor hygiene, broken facilities, bad service, and no accountability. I highly do not recommend staying here. It’s a complete waste of money.
